How it works

Ask for your medicine once
Type the medicine names or photograph the prescription, and set your location from your device or on the map.

Nearby pharmacies reply
Nearby verified pharmacies reply with availability and an estimated price; a pharmacist may propose an alternative.

Compare and choose yourself
See availability, price, distance and delivery, then pick the pharmacy yourself. The app never chooses for you.

Reserve and collect
The pharmacy prepares your order within the hold time, then you collect it or receive it by delivery where the pharmacy offers it.
Your privacy is protected
Nearby pharmacies see only the request contents and distance. Your name and phone number are shared only with the pharmacy you choose, during the reservation. Prescription photos are kept in private storage and shown through short-lived links. Read the privacy policy.
For pharmacies
- Create an account in the app, choose the “Pharmacy” account type and set your pharmacy's location.
- After admin review and verification, you receive nearby requests while you are online.
- Reply with availability, price and hold time, and optionally enter an alternative proposed by your pharmacist.
- Follow reservations through to collection or delivery, and manage your settings and staff.
